Rubbery  chicken breast? Dry chicken legs? Or tired of the usual chicken recipes?

A new practical cooking course in Verona that has as its protagostist the beloved chicken, in a creative version, that will teach you the basics to dismantle yourself and cook the various parts of the chicken!

Chef Ivan Bonamini will tecah us Monday, November 30rd 2020 at 19.30, in Via XX Settembre, 90.

Economical and versatile, how to make it less boring and turn it into a real gourmet dish, from cooking to pairings, under the guidance of chef Luca Fasoli

 

What will I learn?

 

During the cooking course the chef will guide you immediately in practice and everyone will have a chicken, not just any chicken but the Grisa delle Lessinia.

Then you will learn:

How to disassemble a chicken

How to bone the chicken leg

different cooking of the various parts of the chicken

You will do the following recipes with the various parts of the chicken

Ivan Bonamini

We met and appreciated Ivan during the Le Stelle cooking class at èCucina where he was invited to illustrate and have the students prepare three dishes from the Menu of Il Desco, a Veronese restaurant with 1 Michelin Star, of which Ivan is the sous-chef. The chef has a well-rounded experience in the field of cooking that ranges from traditional cuisine to pastry, to starred cuisine. During the courses Ivan is precise, available, generous in his explanations and in revealing the tricks to make top dishes even at home. Its expository clarity makes it a special teacher for both professionals and amateurs.

I pay the same evening? No, for you to find the course well prepared, with the weighed ingredients and all that is needed in order and èCucina must know exactly the number of participants in time. You can pre-register and then pay within one week of the course. So you will have your place secured!
