Do you want to improve your culinary knowledge and create second courses of fish fast, cheap but of great goodness and effect?
The secret of a fish dish?
A new practical cooking course in Verona in a single work station that has the fish as a protagostist! Luca Magagnotti, teacher of the Junior Chef Academy of èCucina, will teach it to us on Friday January 29  at 7.30 pm, in Via XX Settembre, 90.

What will I learn?A course to learn the basics on fish to create second courses of fish fast and easy but effective. With short cooking, from flavor to professional cooking. Chef Luca Magagnotti, teacher of the Junior Chef Academy of èCucina, will guide the students in a 100% practical course, with three recipes to be performed in a single work station.

In this version version with single work stations, maximum 9 people

You will prepare the following dishes under the guidance of the chef:

During the cooking course the chef will guide you immediately in practice and prepare with him all the mise en place, ie all the basic preparations that will serve to compose the three dishes. Then you will learn:

-a clean the fish

– cook the lpesce

– to create new second fish dishes

Who teaches

Luca Magagnotti. Luca is a chef who has a great experience and knowledge of the world of meat. He had his own restaurant in Verona and worked for important starred restaurants. He then concentrated on teaching, is a teacher at the Hotel School and is a professor of the Junior Chef Academy of Verona. Its characteristics most appreciated by the participants are its precision, clarity of teaching and the ability to always create dishes with a well-balanced flavor. At the stations it leads everyone to create chef’s dishes!

How do I register?

I pay the same evening? No, for you to find the course well prepared, with the weighed ingredients and all that is needed  èCucina must know exactly the number of participants in time. You can pre-register and then pay within ten days of the course. So you will have your place secured!

How much?

The course costs € 80 if you are already enrolled in èCucina (€ 6 six-month registration card or € 10 the annual card, to be done in the evening of the course)
