Do you want to expand your culinary knowledge and create quick fish first courses but of great goodness and effect?
The secret of a good fish sauce? A new practical cooking course in Verona in a single workstation that has fish as its protagonist!
Luca Magagnotti, teacher of the Junior Chef Academy of èCucina, will teach us this at èCucina, on Friday 14 October at 7.00 pm, in Via XX Settembre, 90.
What will I learn?
A course to learn the basics of fish to create quick and easy but effective first courses. With easy cooking, and sauces with professional cooking flavor. Chef Luca Magagnotti will guide the students in a 100% practical course, with three recipes to be performed in a single workstation.
In this date version with single workstations, maximum 9 people you will prepare the following dishes yourself under the guidance of the chef:
Half sleeves with scallops (or scallops, depending on the catch), sea bream and zucchini ragù with thyme
Potato dumplings with squid, mussels and cherry tomatoes
Gorgonzola risotto with prawn bisque, red prawn tartare with vanilla bourbon and winter garden
During the cooking class the chef will guide you immediately in the practice and you will prepare with him all the mise en place, that is all the basic preparations that will be used to compose the three dishes
Then you will learn: – to clean the fish – to prepare a fish sauce -to create new fish first courses
Who teaches
Luca Magagnotti. Luca is a chef who has a great deal of experience and knowledge of the world of fish . He had his own restaurant in Verona and worked for important starred restaurants. He then concentrated on teaching, is a teacher at the Hotel School and is a teacher at the Junior Chef Academy in Verona. The characteristics of him most appreciated by the students are his precision, the clarity of teaching and the ability to always create dishes with a well-balanced flavor. At the workstations he takes everyone to create chef dishes!

The course costs € 80 if you are already enrolled in èCucina (€ 6 six-month registration card or € 10 the annual card, to be done on the evening of the course)
