The pastry course teacher

Giulia Cerboneschi is a very young promise of Italian pastry.
Formerly a member of the Alaimo Brigade (3 Michelin stars), she was pastry chef at the Dolce Locanda of chef Giancarlo Perbellini and today directs the Creazioni Caffè pastry shop in Manerba del Garda. Giulia has been named Gambero Rosso’s emerging young confectioner 2016.

Distinguishing features: sympathy, generosity in bestowing its secrets, seasoned with an unmistakable Tuscan accent.

Objective: pastry can be learned by everyone, there are no secrets! And if there are any, I’ll teach them to you.
