How to prepare a soufflé?

Above all, how can we not let it fall?

We learn it at the course on soufflé both sweet and savory Monday, November 26 at 19.30 with the chef Biagio Giannetti, professor of éCucina, our culinary school in Via XX Settembre, 90.

A classic of simple but delicious French cuisine, from soufflé to cheese to chocolate soufflé.

What do you learn?

You will learn how to make a classic cheese soufflé with the secrets on how not to make it fall  i and also of new fanciful recipes, delicious variations of soufflé.

You can not miss the chocolate soufflé or chocolate cake with a soft or warm heart, as it is often called.

You will learn the following recipes that will be provided in paper form:

Classic cheese soufflé Broccoli romanesco flan with Crescenza fondue, carrot swirls and marjoram petals

Gorgonzola soufflè with pumpkin cream, walnuts and “Cafone” bread sheets

Dark chocolate cake with warm heart, dehydrated ginger and red fruit sauce

Who is the teacher?

Biagio Giannetti is a teacher of the school and is therefore a professional teaching as well as a cook that ranges effortlessly in the field of Italian and international cuisine, which makes him a valuable teacher for the school. Each technique and recipe is explained with precision and patience and with the aim of transmitting it correctly. Students also love it for its energetic and sunny temperament, like a good campan!
