Course of vegetarian and vegan cuisine  Joia Academy

If you are a vegetarian or if you are new to vegan cuisine or you just have an open mind and want to try some vegetarian dishes, you must know that in Italy few chefs are really prepared in the field, and only a couple have a deep history that has its roots in vegetarian and vegan cuisine.

 

Chef Pietro Leemann is the chef who, passing from Gualtiero Marchesi to restaurants throughout Europe, and then, landing in Asia, is making the history of vegetarian cuisine. With his Ristorante Joia in Milan,  in 1996, got the Michelin star , the only vegetarian restaurant in Europe.

The chef Leemann then founded the Joia Academy, the Academy of high vegetarian cuisine in Milan.
This course of high vegetarian and vegan cuisine with the chefs of the Joia Academy in 4 lessons is for you!

Joia Academy & èCucina?

An important novelty since 2017 is the collaboration of èCucina with the Joia Academy gourmet vegetarian cooking school of chef Pietro Leemann, chef of the Joia Restaurant in Milan.  èCucina in twinned with the Joia Academy  regarding the “plant based” section with a short professional course of 4 lessons.

We share with Pietro Leemann’s school a new culture of nutrition that focuses on healthy and natural food, the protection of biodiversity and respect for the planet and the ecosystem. As the chef Leemann says, besides, behind the Joia Academy school there is the Joia Restaurant with an important experience of continuous study and application of extraordinary dishes for their beauty and delicacy in its menu. This makes the difference and the quality in teaching.

So stop with  low quality vegetarian dishes   that some chefs show you and teach you ?!

To whom  is it addressed?

The course is suitable for anyone who wants to approach the world of cooking and professional vegetarian and vegan cuisine starting on the right foot, a high level.

What will I learn?

The aim of the course is to transmit these knowledge and values, starting from the basics, into good and beautiful recipes !

The course consists of 4 lessons with the possibility to attend them individually.

Only the attendance to the entire itinerary allows the award of the signed Diploma èCucina and Joia Academy.
