The course in 100% practical, you will have your single workingstation and you will prepare the dishes by following the chef in front of you!

Once, due to the lack of a truly interesting vegetarian gastromics culture, dishes with only vegetables or cereals and legumes could seem like a punishing and boring undertaking. In the practical course of vegetarian and vegan gourmet cuisine on Monday, May 13 at 7.30 pm, under the guidance of Martina Cortelazzo, at èCucina In Via XX Settembre, 90 in Verona you will discover some new vegetarian  recipes that you can use every day or on special occasions!
 
The vegetarian cuisine, correctly treated, is a cuisine rich in flavors, gluttony, the possibility of personal experimentation and satisfaction from haute cuisine! A vegetarian and vegan cooking course for those who want to deepen with a menu, without renouncing the taste and sight of the secrets of vegetarian and vegan cuisine, from appetizers to vegandolce.
Martina Cortelazzo, author of the book “Finger Food Vegan”, Mokalibri, brings out the gourmet vegetarian cuisine at the Joia Academy in Milan of chef Pietro Leemann.
 

You will learn

Pea cream, marinated mustard tempeh, tofu and avocado meatballs with corn and umeboshi marinated vegetables
Turnip stuffed with aubergine and zucchini caponata, wild rice cake and carrot and ginger cream
Dark chocolate cremino, almond and raspberry cream the menu may vary according to seasonality
 

Who is the teacher?

Martina Cortelazzo is the soul of èCucina, her passion for cooking and teaching come from afar, sociologist and performer in the past life, she nurtured the love for physical work along with the need for creativity and found in cooking the two things! She trained at the Gambero Rosso School in Rome with chef Igles Corelli, Bruno Barbieri, and Andrea Costantini and at the Joia Academy in Milan of chef Pietro Leemann, 1 star Michelin, specializing in high-vegetarian and vergana cuisine. He loves to teach at éCucina and  prefers the students to make their own dishes and so he loves cooking with single work stations.
 How do I register?

I pay the same evening? No, for you to find the course well prepared, with the weighed ingredients and all that is needed in order and èCucina must know exactly the number of participants in time. You can pre-register and then pay within ten days of the course. So you will have your place secured! Remember that the single work course is limited to 9 places, book early!
