All about fish: How to cook fish? But not only, what to buy, how to recognize fresh fish, how to clean it and fill it and much more!

A classic of èCucina. The practical course on the world of fish, under the guidance of chef Luca Magagnotti

A basic practical course in which everyone with his fish will learn the art of cleaning, filing, preparing and cooking fish. From the prawn bisque, to the sea bass, up to the scallops.

What you will learn:

how to clean the fish (sea bass, scallops, mussels or clams, prawns)
the right recipes for fish (from the prawn bisque to the sea bass roulade)
how to fillet the fish
how to remove the thorns and the skin of the fish
how to recognize fresh fish
how to cook fish, baked or in a pan
advice on which fish to buy
