All about meat in a single work station? The best way to answer your doubts about meat!

How to cook meat perfectly? Respect the cooking temperatures of the meat? To create meat dishes like a real chef?

A new practical cooking course in Verona in a single work station that has meat and its cooking as its main subject! Luca Fasoli will teach us in è Cucina at Monday , october 26  at 7.30pm, in Via XX Settembre, 90.

What will I learn?

A course to learn the basics of meat, cooked in a pan with short cooking, classic cuts, from professional flavor to cooking. Chef Luca Fasoli, èCucina’s leading lecturer, will guide the students in a 100% practical course, with three recipes to be performed in a single work station.

In this date version with single work stations, maximum 9 people

you will prepare the following dishes yourself under the guidance of the chef:

Beef millefeuille with confit tomatoes, Vezzena and spinach

Braised beef with cheeks in Valpolicella

Ogm-free stuffed chicken thigh at port and pomegranate

During the cooking course the chef will guide you immediately in practice and you will prepare together with him all the mise en place, that is all the basic preparations that will be used to compose the three dishes. Then you will learn:

-to use the right meat

– to understand when it is cooked

– to create new combinations with meat

Who teaches

Luca Fasoli is in the kitchen staff from the beginning. Ten years ago he made the school grow with his extensive knowledge of cooking and teaching experience. His recipes are transmitted with the calm that distinguishes him and the desire to show the students the most correct methods and without shortcuts leading to a quality dish. His international training has led him to be shod in many recipes from other countries of the world
