This basic vegetarian and natural cooking course in 2 lessons is for you!

Today more and more people have adopted a healthier lifestyle and  introduced tasty vegetarian recipes in their diet. Indeed, sometimes it is easier to please everyone with vegetarian dishes,  creating light, healthy, tasty dishes

In the practical vegetarian cooking course based on 2 lessons on saturday october 3rd and 10  at 9.00 am under the guidance of Martina Cortelazzo, at è Cucina In Via XX Settembre, 90 in Verona you will discover the basics of vegetarian and natural cuisine and a series of recipes and secrets . All tricks you can use every day or on special occasions in the kitchen!

Vegetarian cuisine, properly treated, is a cuisine rich in flavors, delicacies, possibilities for personal experimentation and haute cuisine satisfactions!

The main prerequisite for a correct vegetarian or vegan diet is the knowledge of as many raw materials as possible, vegetables, cereals, legumes and all the ingredients that can feed us even without the massive use of meat and fish, without forgetting the important knowledge of cooking and cutting techniques that help us enhance and maintain the properties of the products we use.

The aim of the course is to give these notions and decline them into good and beautiful recipes!

What will you learn?

 

Some classic kitchen cuts, cutting exercise (brunoise, julienne, concassé)

Broth and vegetable bottom

Cereals and cooking legumes and recipes

alternative proteins

 

(the menu may undergo some changes based on the seasonality and availability of fresh ingredients)

Who teaches?

Martina Cortelazzo, the director of è cucina, has specialized and continues to study with the teachers of the Joia Academy in Milan of the chef Pietro Leemann, vegetarian chef awarded the Michelin star in his restaurant Joia.

His dishes are clearly inspired by the experience at the Joia academy and retrace the contrasts of taste, colors, the use of “humble” vegetables and are accompanied by the joy of being able to eat tasty and tasty things!
