Warm soups for the winter with an ethnic touch!

Tired of the usual bean or vegetable soup?

Here is a course to learn tasty, spicy soups and exotic flavors to corroborate and weld us and our guests on winter evenings!

An idea for a winter first course? But a thai shrimps soup, curry and coconut! Or an Anglo-Saxon style fish soup, the gluttonous “chowder”.

The soups have their secrets and a professional soup has several steps, all this to achieve consistency and the right taste and become a real gourmet dish!

A new cooking class in Verona that has as its protagostist the winter warm soup, ethnic version, which will teach you how to create soups with new and invigorating flavors! The chef Luca Fasoli will teach us at èCucina, in Via XX Settembre, 90 in Verona, Wednesday, January 29 , 2020 th at 7.30pm!

Who teaches

 

Luca Fasoli is in the staff of is kitchen from the beginning. Luca is a chef who has a great knowledge of the world of meat. Ten years ago he grew the school with his extensive knowledge of cooking and teaching experience. His recipes are transmitted with the calm that distinguishes him and the desire to show to the students the most correct methodologies and without shortcuts that lead to a quality dish. His international training led him to be used in many recipes in other countries of the world.
