Did you see the shiny glossy cake that pastry chef Emanuele Olivieri created on the occasion of our Open day?

You will learn how to make a mirror cake, the famous cakes with the shiny ganache directly with him!

How is glossy glaze made? Emanuele Olivieri, a young emerging pastry chef, teaches us this step by step. On Monday  November 23  at 19.30, in è Cucina, in our school in Via XX Settembre, 90. Pastry course for enthusiasts!
