Do you want to expand your culinary knowledge and explore foreign and regional cuisines?

A new Christmas cooking course on the varied and luscious French cuisine and, specifically, the cuisine of the Parisian bistros on Christmas day!

You will be able to recreate a real Parisian dinner at home to amaze your guests with something classic, but at the same time, new and refined.

Which city more than the “Ville Lumière” represents the destination for a dream Christmas? Although all the clichés, Paris remains in the imagination of many people as the perfect place to spend the pre-Christmas period. The atmosphere of its bistros and luxury.

In this course we will walk in the streets of the “arrondissements” of Paris, tasting at least one “glimpse” of this hyperbole of Parisian Christmas atmosphere!

A new cooking course in Verona that has French cuisine as its protagonist!  Luca Magagnotti, professor of the Junior Chef Academy of èCucina, will teach on Friday december 6  2019 at 7.30pm, in Via XX Settembre, 90.

What will I learn?

A journey in the Fresnch cuisine under the guidance of chef Luca Magagnotti, teacher of the Junior Chef Academy of èCucina, who will guide the students in a practical course in which they will cook together typical dishes of Parisian and French cuisine

 

Who teaches

Luca Magagnotti. Luca is a chef who has a great experience and knowledge of the world of meat. He had his own restaurant in Verona and worked for important starred restaurants. He then concentrated on teaching, is a teacher at the Hotel School and is a teacher at the Junior Chef Academy of Verona. Its features most appreciated by the students are its precision, the clarity of the teaching and the ability to always create dishes with a well-balanced flavor. He teach everyone to create chef’s dishes!

I pay the same evening? No, to make you find the course well prepared, with the weighed ingredients and everything you need,and èCucina must know exactly the number of participants in time. You can pre-register and then pay within ten days of the course. So you will have your place secured!

The course costs € 80 if you are already a member of èCucina (€ 6 six-month registration card or € 10 the annual card, to be done on the evening of the course)
