Cooking class with Michelin starred chefs? The first of the season is the starred menu of the Ristorante Perbellini in Isola Rizza.

Le Stelle a è Cucina is the format that invites starred chefs to teach us an entire menu in our kitchens!

The precious  appointment with the recipes of the Ristorante Perbellini restaurant in Isola Rizza will be on Monday , June  8th 2020 at 7.30 pm at èCucina in Verona, in Via xx Settembre, 90

A course for those who want to make a unique gastronomic experience, accompanied by chef Francesco Baldissarutti, chef at the restaurant Perbellini of Isola Rizza, awarded of the Michelin Star.

Who is the chef?

For over 10 years Sous-Chef at Ristorante Perbellini, today the young culinary talent of Francesco Baldissarutti is the soul-executive chef- of the restaurant. Francesco has taken over the kitchen brigade and has shown in recent years all the originality of the restaurant. His professional talent, exploiting years of experience and sensitivity. A great connoisseur of raw materials and passionate about wild herbs and products from its Dolomite forests, he masterfully directs a team of passionate people, where attention to detail always makes the difference.  

 How do I register?

I pay the same evening? No, for you to find the course well prepared, with the weighed ingredients and all that is needed in order and èCucina must know exactly the number of participants in time. You can pre-register and then pay within ten days of the course. So you will have your place secured! Remember that the single work course is limited to 9 places, book early!

The course costs € 95 if you are already enrolled in èCucina (€ 6 six-monthly registration card or € 10 the annual card, to be done in the evening of the course)
