If you are a vegetarian or if you are new to vegan cuisine or simply have an open mind and want to try some vegetarian dishes, then this basic course of vegetarian and vegan cooking in 3 lessons is for you!

Once, due to the lack of a truly interesting vegetarian gastromics culture, dishes with only vegetables or cereals and legumes could seem like a punishing and boring undertaking. Today, more people have adopted a healthier lifestyle and do not disdain to introduce tasty vegetarian and vegan recipes into their diet. Indeed, sometimes it is easier to please everyone with vegetarian dishes, creating, light, healthy, tasty and even a little spectacular dishes!

In the practical course of vegetarian cooking based on 3 lessons on Friday 12.19 and 26 October at 19.30, under the guidance of Martina Cortelazzo, at èCucina In Via XX Settembre, 90 in Verona you will discover the basics of vegetarian and vegan cuisine and  recipes and secrets to start eating really well. All tricks that you can use in the kitchen every day or on special occasions!

The vegetarian cuisine, correctly treated, is a cuisine rich in flavors, give the possibility of personal experimentation and satisfaction from haute cuisine! The main precondition for a correct vegetarian or vegan diet is the knowledge of as many raw materials as possible, vegetables, cereals, legumes and all the ingredients that can nourish us even without meat and fish, without forgetting the important knowledge of cooking and cutting techniques,  that help us to enhance and maintain the properties of the products we use intact. T

he aim of the course is to give these notions and decline them in good and beautiful recipes!

Who is the teacher?

Martina Cortelazzo is the soul of èCucina, her passion for cooking and teaching come from afar, sociologist and performer in the past life, she nurtured the love for physical work along with the need for creativity and found in cooking the two things! She trained at the Gambero Rosso School in Rome with chef Igles Corelli, Bruno Barbieri, and Andrea Costantini and at the Joia Academy in Milan of chef Pietro Leemann, 1 star Michelin, specializing in high-vegetarian and vergana cuisine. He loves to teach at éCucina and  prefers the students to make their own dishes and so he loves cooking with single work stations.

Friday, october 12, 19 and 26 at 7.30 pm, in Via XX Settembre, 90.

What will I learn?

1 lesson: basic on cutting, broth, first courses

2lesson: cereals and legumes,  recipes

3 lesson: plant based Proteins and recipes

 

 How do I register?

I pay the same evening? No, for you to find the course well prepared, with the weighed ingredients and all that is needed in order and èCucina must know exactly the number of participants in time. You can pre-register and then pay within ten days of the course. So you will have your place secured! Remember that the single work course is limited to 9 places, book early!

How much?

The course costs € 230 if you are already enrolled in èCucina (€ 6 six-monthly registration card or € 10 the annual card, to be done in the evening of the course)
