How do you make a gluten-free menu from A to Z?

Do you have a family member suffering from celiac disease? Do you want to follow a diet restricting gluten?

We teach it to you! At èCucina,  a brand new gluten-free course and anyone who wants to impress its guests with a recipe for a fresh pasta or a gluten-free cake.

 The dough seems difficult? Does the cake not rise?

During this evening we will explain some secrets of gluten-free and the use of flours and alternative ingredients At èCucina we are attentive to the kitchen of all kinds.

There are no more recipes of series A and series B, everything is possible, even get wonderful homemade dishes for those suffering from celiac disease.

What do you learn during the Gluten free  course of èCucina?

During this course you will learn the secrets of gluten-free flours, suitable for your friends or your celiac children. We will teach you the most important ingredients and how to treat them, what are the best doses and which raw materials are essential for obtaining tasty and gluten-free pauses that will amaze everyone, even those who are not celiac.

The course will be held in Verona in Via XX Settembre 90, Wednesday 30 January at 19.3.

To whom it is addressed?

A course dedicated to gluten-free suitable for those suffering from mild gluten intolerance, but also to those who want to limit gluten intake or have family members who are intolerant.

The course is not suitable for serious intolerant.

Who teaches

Martina Cortelazzo, the director of è cucina, has specialized and continues to study with the chefs of the Joia Academy in Milan of Pietro Leemann, a vegetarian chef who has been awarded the Michelin star in his restaurant Joia.

Her dishes are clearly inspired by the experience at the Joia Academy and trace the contrasts of flavor, the colors, the use of “humble” vegetables and are accompanied by the joy of being able to eat tasty and delicious things!
