Discover our “smart cooking classes” to follow our courses from home

èCucina organizes cooking classes online, in live streaming, to meet the need for cooking classes that can be attended from home but are equally practical and interactive.

From this season there will be two types of “smart cooking classes” videoconference cooking courses:

-courses where the chef holds a lesson exclusively online from èCucina’s kitchen

–New!: classroom courses with the chef and students, which can also be followed via web videoconference from home. In this way you will have the possibility to follow an èCucina course as if you were in attendance.

The usual online course?

-We don’t want to see you stuked to your computer for hours, you already do it enough!, but you will be alone or with your family to move around your kitchen, peering at the chef on the computer screen who will guide you step by step. The courses are 100% practical!
– We will communicate the ingredients and you can participate with the whole family, the children, or alone in the kitchen to prepare your lunch or dinner, the price is in fact for “family” or for all those who live under the same roof

So what is important for the style of èCucina:

The on line course is not a recorded video
The course is practical and live with you!

Being the philosophy of the school based on practice, the videoconference course allows you to:

1. create a course with a limited number of people maximum 10/12 to attend directly at home, all you need is a computer or tablet and an internet connection
2. use a didactic aimed at practice, allowing participants to perform recipes simultaneously with the chef, communicating ingredients and equipment before the course
3. communicate, as in a classroom course, with students and answer questions and doubts in real time
   send all the recipes of the course and the various teaching materials
4. take the course with one or more members of your family
   

 

How does it work?

The link to connect via videoconference will be sent
The list of ingredients and equipment will be indicated
The recipes will be sent in pdf

How long does the lesson last?

The duration is variable. There will also be time to answer questions and wait for all participants to be at the same point. It lasts from 2 to 3 hours on average
