A new formula for pastry courses:

a totally practical “Step by step” course allows yuo to create your own cake from beginning to end  under the guidance of the pastry chef.

In this lesson you will create and bring home a tarte tatin cake, from the base to the writing.

How do you make the Tarte Tatin? This is taught by step by step, Giulia Cerboneschi, Sweet Giulia by Gambero Rosso Channel, a young emerging pastry chef of 2016 and pastry cgef Caffè Creazioni at our school èCucina in Via XX Settembre, 90. Pastry course for enthusiasts, 100% practical.
What do you learn?

You will learn how to make an entire  cake, from the dough to the caramel. You will do it!
At the end of the course, you can take it home. In particular you will learn:

how to make the base of the cake, you will make the dough you!
how to make the caramel
how to serve and taste your tarte tatin !

The teacher of the pastry course

Giulia Cerboneschi is a very young promise of Italian confectionery.
Already a member of the Alaimo Brigade (3 Michelin stars) she was a pastry chef at the Dolce Locanda of chef Giancarlo Perbellini and today directs the Creazioni Caffè pastry shop in Manerba del Garda. Giulia was named Gambero Rosso’s emerging young confectionery 2016.

Distinguishing marks: sympathy, generosity in giving away its secrets, seasoned by an unmistakable Tuscan accent.

Objective: the pastry can be learned by everyone, there are no secrets! And if there are any, I’ll teach them.
